Upload your artwork at our in-store Custom Shirt Bar, pick a shirt off the rack, and pay right there. Custom adult tees are $25 and crewneck sweatshirts are $35, ready in 2–3 business days. Need it today? Add a $10 same-day rush — order before 1 PM and it's ready by 5 PM. That makes a same-day tee $35 and a same-day crewneck $45. Printed in-house — no shipping, no waiting on a warehouse.

Same-day rush — regular price + $10 per item
- Tee: $25 + $10 rush = $35. Crewneck: $35 + $10 rush = $45.
- Choose from the shirts we have physically in the store that day
- Ordered before 1 PM → ready by 5 PM the same day
- Ordered after 1 PM → ready by 5 PM the next business day
- Up to 5 shirts per Custom Shirt Bar order
Can't come in first? Order your same-day tee online, upload your design, and pick it up at 5 PM. Not in a hurry? Order a custom tee in any of 24 colors, ready in 2–3 business days.
How the Custom Shirt Bar works
- Pick your shirt. Adult tees and crewnecks hang on the Custom Shirt Bar rack. Kids, toddler and baby sizes are in The Little Lounge, about ten feet away.
- Upload your design at the Custom Shirt Bar computer.
- Place it. Size and position your artwork on the shirt on screen.
- Approve the proof. What you see on screen is what gets printed — check the box to approve it.
- Pay at the Custom Shirt Bar and we'll start pressing. We'll text you when it's ready.
Staff are right there if you get stuck.
What to bring
- A transparent PNG, at least 2000 × 2000 pixels
- Artwork you have the right to print — your own design, your business logo, your team's artwork, your photo
Small, low-resolution images pulled off a phone screenshot or a website will print blurry. If you're not sure your file will work, bring it in and we'll look at it with you before you pay.

We're on E 17th St on the east side of Idaho Falls, a few minutes from Ammon and an easy drive from Iona, Ucon, Rigby, Shelley, Blackfoot and Rexburg.
