Family Reunion Shirts in Idaho Falls: How to Plan, Order and Pick Up

Reunion shirts are easy if you start with sizes, not the design. Here's the order we'd plan it in, from the print shop's side of the counter.

1. Count people and sizes first

Send one message to every household asking for names and sizes, kids included. Kids' sizes are where reunion orders go wrong: a child who wore a youth medium last summer may not now. When in doubt, size up — nobody complains about a shirt they can grow into.

2. Pick one design that works on every color

A one- or two-color design with the family name and the year reads well from across a park and prints clean on light and dark shirts. Common add-ons: the location, a date range, or "Est." with the year the family started.

Send us your art as a transparent PNG, at least 2000 × 2000 pixels. If you only have an idea, bring the idea — we'll help you get it to a printable file.

3. Decide on colors

Some families put everyone in one color for the group photo. Others give each branch of the family its own color. Both work; the second one makes it easier to find your people at a big reunion.

4. Leave yourself time

Six shirts or more is a bulk order. Text us with your count and date as early as you can so we can quote it and show you a sample before we run the order. Start on our bulk and team orders page.

Down to the last minute?

It happens. For up to 5 shirts, our Custom Shirt Bar prints same day: order before 1 PM, ready by 5 PM, from the shirts we have in the shop that day. A custom tee is $25, plus a $10 same-day rush fee. See same-day custom t-shirts.
