How Print Fulfillment Works for Boutiques, Etsy and TikTok Shop Sellers

Print fulfillment means you sell the shirts and someone else prints, packs and ships them under your name. Your customer orders from you. You send the art and a shipping label. The package shows up at your customer's door with your name on it, not ours.

Who it's for

  • Etsy sellers who are tired of printing at the kitchen table
  • Boutique owners who want graphic tees without holding stock
  • TikTok Shop brands whose orders spike overnight
  • Anyone waiting on a supplier who doesn't answer emails

How our Wholesale Fulfillment works

  1. Send the art. Upload a PNG for each item in the order.
  2. Add the label. One shipping label per order, as a PDF, so the package goes out under your name.
  3. Batch your day. Build one customer's order, add it to the cart, then start the next. Check out once when you're done.

We print it in-house at 4406 E 17th St in Idaho Falls, Idaho, pack it and get it out the door.

What to look for in a fulfillment partner

  • Who actually prints it. A partner who prints in-house can fix a problem the same day. A middleman has to email someone else.
  • Minimums. We don't have a minimum per design, so you can test a design with one sale.
  • Branding. Your label, your customer relationship. We don't contact your customers.
  • Samples. Ask to see one before you commit. We'll send one.
  • What they print. We print tees, crew sweatshirts and hoodies, single or multi-item orders, front and back.
